When asked why there are dogs at a grocery store, the assistant manager responded they are not allowed to ask if it is a service animal. Letting every dog in instead of risking litigation.

According to the New York City Department of Health and many diners with service dogs, the answer is no. But some dog owners can’t part with their pets.
