I entered one of my personal bucks in the WTA show this past weekend. I brought home a 3rd 🥉 and got some great info/tips on some minor improvements that can be made to really enhance my quality. I tried a couple techniques on this piece that I’ve never tried before, and it was great to get the thoughts of some of the best taxidermists in the state to let me know how I did on those. Looking forward to the next show, and new ideas are already in the making for my next piece. Thank you to WTA for holding such a wonderful show and the opportunities for every member to grow.

I entered this deer in Wisconsin Taxidermists Association competition. This was my first time entering anything and am very pleased with the second place ribbon I brought home.

A before and after remount. This buck sure had loads of character. It was truly a learning experience tearing this old mount apart.
