•Before a bath always make sure the tangles are brushed out so they don’t tighten from water/drying, it’s easier to brush out “dirty” hair from natural occurring oils already on the hair
•Book a bath and brush appointment between hair cut appointments
•Booking grooming(bath and haircut) appointments every 4 weeks
