Dr. Janel Schietzelt, DVM will begin taking appointments on April 17th.

Dr. Schietzelt is originally from Saratoga Springs, New York. She completed her undergraduate degree at Montana State University where she specialized in wildlife conservation in Yellowstone National Park and worked in Zambia performing carnivore research. She completed her doctorate in veterinary medicine at Washington State University. Dr. Schietzelt has a passion for helping foster the human-animal bond. She has particular interests in preventive care, emergency medicine, and animal behavior. When she’s not helping our four-legged family members, Dr. Schietzelt enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with her family, Pitbull named Mellie, and her 3 cats: Luda, Joey, and Piper.
