Please read our policies when you sign our service authorization and when we send out the reminder messages. It is NOT ok to be rude or upset with our staff or threaten to "warn people to stay away" from us because you didnt show up to your appointment. We send 3 reminder messages leading up to the scheduled appointment including one the morning of to try to help you remember the appointment you scheduled. When you don't show up that is not our fault, and we do charge the no show fee as stated clearly. Our groomers work on commission and it is not fair to them to not be paid for the time your pup was scheduled for and it is not fair to the clients on our wait list who want in but couldn't because we had no notice that appointment wasn't going to be shown up to. The amount of no shows lately has been insane and the treatment being shown to our staff when the no show fee is applied is unacceptable. Please be respectful of your fellow humans and remember that we are all just trying to make a living and support our families ❤️

Did you know All dogs need regular grooming. Regular grooming time frames do look different for all coat types but they are all just as important.
With regular appointments your groomer will be able to notice new things you might have missed (new lumps and bumps, a cracked tooth, etc).
-Nail Trimming- Will keep the nails short (to help prevent arthritis and broken nails and toes)
-Clean the ears-To prevent ear infections and be able to inform you of any thing strange or that needs addressed by a vet
-Bath and blow-dry- To keep their skin and coat clean and be able to see through the coat directly to the skin to identify any skin irritation or infections that weren’t visible through the coat
-Brush-out and Trim the hair when necessary- To prevent painful matting, and allow proper air flow for temperature regulation
-Reduce grooming related stress- When on a routine regular schedule they will get used to being in a salon setting and recognizing it is not a scary experience.
