We love roasting chicken! Yummy smells and we use the bones as the base for our free-range chicken bone broth. Nothing goes to waste as our family uses the meat in a variety of ways. Homemade chicken nuggets for our toddler and a chicken pot pie this round. The bone broth will simmer for the next 72 hours and is used as the base for our bone-broth bites.
