Toy Poodles are affectionate little dogs that bond closely with their families and love nothing more than being around them. They thrive on attention and affection from their favorite people. Well-socialized, they get along well with children, other dogs, other pets, and even strangers.
Because they are so small, especially as puppies, Toy Poodles can be easily injured by trips, falls, or accidental rough play. As such, they tend to be a better fit for older children who have mastered motor control, have better balance and coordination, and who know how to interact properly and gently with dogs. Regardless, all interactions between young kids and puppies should be closely supervised.
Although these little dogs can be initially wary of strangers at first, well-socialized Toy Poodles tend to warm up quickly once introduced. After all, they love attention and are usually happy to receive adoration no matter the source. They will bark to alert you and can be prone to barking a lot, especially if they have been trained into it. Socialization early on and training your dog to stop barking can help keep it from becoming a nuisance.

Boxers are known for their energetic and exuberant personalities. They bond closely with their families, tend to have a cheerful disposition, and also tend to get along well with children, other dogs, and other pets. Although they are friendly dogs, they do have the instinct to protect their families. If the other parent breed has similar traits, then you should be able to expect a similar temperament in a Boxer Mix.
Asking the breeder about the other parent breed in the mix is a good start. You can also meet the mother dog to get a feel for her temperament and to see what behavior she is modeling for her puppies. Although the breeder should be socializing puppies while they have them, it is up to you to continue training and socializing a puppy once you get them home.

The Puggle tends to be a cuddler that loves their family. They tend to get along with just about everyone including children, other dogs, and strangers. They do tend to get along with other pets, but may be prone to chasing them if they inherit their Beagle parent’s prey drive. In this case, extra training, socialization, and introduction may be necessary for your Puggle to recognize smaller other pets as family and not something to chase.
They can be prone to howling if they take after their Beagle parent. They can also be prone to barking, which makes them good watchdogs. But, they are social and more interested in making friends, so they do not make good guard dogs. Training early on can help curb incessant barking and howling to keep it as an alert instead of a nuisance.

This charming maltase (Kayla) is good tempered puppy happy, sociable companion. The maltase breed is friendly with both owners and strangers, playful, funny, and good with other dogs or animals. While pocket-sized, the maltase breed is still robust enough to cope with family life.
These little dogs have big personalities and are beloved by old and young alike. They can be calm and quiet, but can also have their mischievous, clownish moments. A super companion if you can offer them the time they need, but keep in mind that they don’t like to be separated from their loved ones for too long.
