We do not have enough volunteers to match lost and found posts at this time, so you will have to look through the posts yourself for a match – and remember many cats are found long after they’ve gone missing! Look for your pet in our local shelters, in person and via https://24petconnect.com/

Do NOT place your lost pet’s litter outside as a scent lure. Litter attracts predators and bully cats to the area which can flush your pet further into hiding. Post your lost pet on Craigslist, in both the Lost and Found, and Pets, sections. Check the found pet postings for your cat. Also, post on the neighborhood site, www.Nextdoor.com and on the Neighbors App by Ring: https://ring.com/neighbors. Flyer as large an area as possible and speak to your neighbors personally. Underbody is white, has long ears and small face. In search of my cat, walked out, is very friendly, sweet, and skittish . He does not have a collar, his name is James. If you think you see him around the 53rd and Dobbins area please reach out, help me find this sweet boy

Update 2/6/2025 - we are no longer able to reach SAVE THIS LIFE microchip company - they appear to be shut down - if your pet is registered with them, please be sure to register to another microchip company! There are a few free registries and others that require a small fee! We recommend any of the larger chip companies, those that participate in the AAHA registry. This is imperative to getting your pet home if they go missing!

If your pet's microchip is registered with Save This Life (commonly starting with 991001 or 900164), we strongly recommend registering it with another microchip company.

As of mid-January 2025, accessing owner information or notifying families of found pets linked to Save This Life has become increasingly difficult. We hope this issue is resolved soon, but in the meantime, ensuring your pet’s microchip is linked to a reliable and responsive registry is crucial for reuniting with them quickly if they ever go missing.

Usually sweet to strangers but not afraid to defend herself if she is being grabbed quickly or aggressively. Likes to roll in the dirt so her shiny black coat may not look so shiny if you find her outside.

*Additional Information: Betito has a black dot behind his left paw and a light brown/yellowish patch on the left side of his face.
Some cats have gray all the way up the back of the neck, but Betito's is white. He is white around the neck. Betito is friendly and loving. He loves cat treats. If you call his name and shake a bag of treats he will come. He's very long.
