🍪 Meet Milano!
This adorable 7-month-old shepherd mix was adopted from our Cookie Litter in January and has been returned (zero fault of his own). After a few days spent adjusting to the drastic changes, he is ready to steal your heart. 🥰

Milano is full of playful energy but incredibly gentle — the best of both worlds. 💕 He’s looking for a loving home where he can be part of the family, play hard, and snuggle harder!

🧡 Our darling Cheyenne is having a great vacation at her summer foster home! She settled in quickly and loves snuggling everyone in the family and playing with the other dogs in the house.

Cheyenne is such a doll! 😇
- She has excellent house manners and doesn’t chew anything that is not hers.
- She has no food or toy aggression.
- She loves to wrestle and play but then enjoys spending the afternoon taking long naps.
- Car rides, walks, stuffed animals, and chasing the hose are a few of her favorite things!
- She is the most deeply loving, loyal, and adoring dogs we know, and everyone who meets her falls madly in love with her!

We don’t like having to continually repost this, but we won’t leave Cleo stranded like so many have done before.

Cleo is still in boarding. 💔 It’s hard to believe that this AMAZING, smart, silly, hilarious dog doesn’t have anyone interested in even fostering her. 😟 All of our fosters are full or have big dogs. She doesn’t do well with big dogs but has lived with 3 Chihuahuas and loves kids. We need someone to volunteer to help.

There are so many people who only want one dog. (Ironically, those are usually the apps that come in for our dogs who require a second dog in the home when the family only wants one.) Why not consider Cleo then? She LOVES all people, loves toys, and will film you home with so much laughter and joy! We adore her. 💗

Facebook doesn’t often notify us of comments on posts anymore, so PLEASE DM US if you can help get her out of boarding by fostering or are interested adopting. You won’t regret helping this beautiful pup.

Please welcome sisters Daisy and Alis (“Alice”) to the PPZ crew! These poor pups were found in the desert with another sister and their mama and thankfully trapped by Samson’s K9 Search and Rescue. ♥️ Thank you to our new fosters for stepping up and volunteering to take one pup each - we can’t save more dogs without community help! 🫶🏻

Alis is fully vetted, and Daisy will be soon. We think they’re some sort of pittie mix (but have longer hair) and may be about 7-9 months old. 🤍🖤 They’re both dog friendly, smart, doing excellent with kennel training, love all people, and are SWEET, happy girls!

🩶 It’s a Too Cute Tuesday PUP-DATE! 🩶

Rogue and Rebel are very thankful for your outpouring of love and donations. Their bloated bellies have been cleaned out, and their activity levels are up! They happily gobble up their mush and are getting stronger and more curious by the day.

They will be available for foster-to-adopt on July 1 (separately), so feel free to put in an application on our website now if you’re interested.
