🏡 It’s time to DECLUTTER FOR THE DOGGOS! 🐶 We have a huge fundraising opportunity, but we need the whole community’s help — yes, YOU!

We are hosting a FUNDrive to collect household goods to donate to Savers, who will pay us for them so they can recycle/resell them instead of items going to a landfill! ♻️ We are collecting December 3 - January 7.

WE ARE COLLECTING:
    ⁃    Clothes: men’s, women’s, children’s clothes, coats, shoes, scarves, handbags, wallets, fashion accessories, belts, backpacks, etc.
    ⁃    Household Textiles: bedding, comforters, blankets, sheets, towels, linen, tablecloths, curtains, pillows, etc.
    ⁃    Small Household Goods: kitchen items (pots/pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, serving pieces and hand-held appliances), home decorative items, knick-knacks, toys, games, and small electronics
    ⁃    Books & Media: paperback and hard cover books of all genres (no textbooks or encyclopedias)

✅ All items must be clean and in good, working, resellable condition.
❌ NO JUNK, broken, damaged, or dirty items, please.

👉🏼 NOW IS THE TIME to go through your closets, garage, cabinets, storage units, bedrooms, stacked bins, your office, and the playroom and CLEAN ‘EM OUT! 📦 📦 📦 📦 📦 📦

This poor sweet boy was found two days ago, roaming in the cold. 😢 He was sent to the Arizona Humane Society who is going to put him down on Wednesday morning because he has skin problems and allergies. 😭 We cannot take on another medical case at this time with the thousands of dollars we’ve spent and still need to spend on upcoming care. 😔 However, we wanted to post him in the hopes that someone wants to save his life and love him forever. It’s Giving Tuesday — don’t forget our senior pup friends at Shady Pines today! 🤍 They need so much care and support.

The sanctuary is funded solely by their private caregiver, Heather Wilson Safsten, and public donations. She spends THOUSANDS of dollars to care for every poor, sick, dumped senior dog who comes into the sanctuary critically ill and dumped by their families. 💔

Thank you for caring about these sweet abandoned seniors who finally know true love and have their aches and pains managed because of Heather‘s round-the-clock efforts. 🙏🏼

We had such a fun night of BINGO at Charley’s Place!

👑 Cleo was the Belle of the Ball in her pretty, pink princess costume, getting love from lots of new friends, taking pictures with people, and enjoying lots of bites of quesadillas, nachos, and HAMBURGER! 😋 This giddy girl was beloved by all, and we had a blast raising money for all the PPZ pups.

Congratulations, MATTEO! 🥳 This poor dog had been passed around so many times in his life, and it is very frustrating. We love him so much and are thrilled that his new mama does, too.
