Cats are obligate carnivores. If the food you are feeding your cat is full of useless cheap fillers like corn, rice, wheat, gluten, soy, etc, they are being set up for diseases like kidney failure, diabetes, gastrointestinal disease, chronic allergies and skin conditions, urinary tract disease, cancer, and early death. And you are throwing your money away.

The best thing you can do for your pet (and your bank account) is to feed them a quality biologically appropriate diet. Read labels. Love them now. ❤️❤️❤️ These high cancer rates are not ok.

😻😻😻😻 Don’t kit-nap kittens! 😿

Kitten season is in full swing! So we wanted to remind everyone of a few things…
1. We DO NOT take in kittens or moms and kittens.
2. Kittens have the best chance of survival with mom so if you aren’t 100% sure she has abandoned them then please leave them for her. Moms will leave for several hours at a time so don’t freak out if you don’t see her there- most of the time if they are plump, warm, and clean mom has been taking care of them.
3. Every organization is overwhelmed this time of year so fostering will be helpful in getting assistance from an organization that does intake kittens. If you are able to get mom and foster the whole family that is the ideal situation.
4. Please spay and neuter your pets!!
5. Help with TNR efforts in your neighborhood to prevent a big kitten season year after year if you are able to

Enjoy your Easter but remember lilies are extremely toxic for cats! 💐🚫😿

The entire lily plant is toxic: the stem, leaves, flowers, pollen, and even the water in a vase. Eating just a small amount of a leaf or flower petal, licking a few pollen grains off its fur while grooming, or drinking the water from the vase can cause your cat to develop fatal kidney failure in less than 3 days.

Chip and Theo were murdered last week (shot 6 times) while playing at a neighborhood park in North Scottsdale - it’s not a dog park, and dogs were off leash, but the outcome was not warranted. The community is looking to have a petition signed to have the case re-opened. If you feel inclined, you can read the story through the below link and sign the petition if you support the cause. There is also a FB page dedicated for them. 💔🐶
