DIG Online: Summer Flowers: It's HOT! So What Can I Plant?

In the summer, it feels like nothing will grow, that it will just dry up in the hot sun. Don't fear - there's plenty of flowers that will withstand our hot weather and beautify your yard! We will go over varieties good for summer color in ground or container, uses and how much sun the specific plants need or can tolerate. We will also cover some Arizona natives and a little bit on pollinators your summer native blooms will attract.

DIG ONLINE: Transitioning to a Water-Wise Landscape Design

With water bills rising and water shortages growing, it’s time to be more water conscious and save money. Whether you’re eliminating or reducing lawn or reimagining a more inviting, habitat-friendly landscape, transitioning to a water-wise landscape in the low desert makes sense. As weather patterns are changing and water resources are diminishing, doing our part to create beautiful landscapes that use less water and still thrive in our environment has many benefits.
