• Credit cards and Paypal are accepted. Payment Plans

• Payment plans are to be paid via Paypal only unless otherwise discussed. Payment will require to be gifted, if anything happens on our end payments are refundable.
• On purchases under $1000

, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required and the remaining balance is due in 30 days.
• On purchases over $1000, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required and the remaining balance is due in 45 days.
• If you require more time on either of these plans, contact us. Payment terms need to be agreed upon prior to sending deposit.
• An animal will not be placed on hold without a deposit or full payment.
• After deposit is received, Living Earth Exotics will place the animal on HOLD and the final payment is received by an agreed upon date. Animal does not leave until payment plan is completed.
• If the payment plan is not completed for any reason during the agreed time period, your non-refundable deposit is considered forfeited to Living Earth Exotics. Any monies paid in excess can go towards a future purchase. We try to be reasonable, life happens, contact us immediately if something changes.
• The balance may be paid in full at any time.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Living Earth Exotics is not responsible for buyer remorse. Shipping with pickup at Hub only:

• Shipping is via Fed Ex Monday thru Wednesday, weather permitting, to your nearest Fed Ex World Service Center hub.
• Delivery to a residential address is possible but because of delays that could happen when placed on delivery truck, Living Earth Exotics will not guarantee live arrival or health of the animal.
• All animals shipped to your nearest Fed Ex World Service Center hub are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health.
• You must pick up your package at the Fed Ex World Service Center hub within 4 hours of it being available for pickup; otherwise this guarantee is null and void.
• Any issues MUST be brought to our attention within an hour of receiving.
