Excessive heat wave in Arizona means laying low.

Here are a few tips & tricks to keep your animals safe and cool:
🐴 Turn them out during the late evening, night, & early morning.
☀️ Use fans, misting equipment, or breeze patterns in stalls.
🐴 Provide plenty of fresh, cool water.
☀️ Provide electrolytes.
🐴 Adjust time and type of exercise.
☀️ Watch for sunburn in white/light-colored areas where the coat is thin.
🐴 Groom coats well so excess hair doesn’t keep the animal warm.
☀️ Provide ample shade.
🐴 If able, take your animals swimming!

Howdy y’all. ✨🐴 You’re invited to join us this Saturday at our first ever Annual Black History Month Community event. ❤️ You will see the power of legacy, friendship, and drive, enjoy some great food, visit with the Buffalo Soldiers, listen to some groovy music, and take a ride on our horse drawn wagon. ❤️ This will be an event full of honoring the contributions of the Black community, and we’re so excited to share it with you.
