Reposting but also some new changes regarding payment in 2022 please read!
⚠️Important COVID-19 Info. Regarding Appointments⚠️
After recent rise in cases in the state of MD, I am again deciding to change protocol a bit for winter to keep us all safe as possible. I apologize if some of this sounds a bit like a broken record!
If you feel ill for any reason, you've come into direct contact with someone who is ill, or someone in your household is not feeling well. Please notify me PRIOR to your appointment and we can work out a solution. Please don't feel as though you don't have options. All horses will get done in a timely fashion if we are able to prepare. Please do not show up to your appointment sick.
Masks must be worn during appointments if you are present to hold horses. I will be back to wearing mine for your protection now that the weather is cooler. If for any reason you wish not to wear one, I respect your wishes, but I ask that you remain in your vehicle or not be present for your appointment.
It's always an option to work solo if need be and you are comfortable with it. if I am working solo, have horses somewhere convenient to grab them if your horses are at your residence, or have staff in good health put horses in their stall prior to our appointment time to work on them.
💳New Payment Information💳
One new thing going into 2022 is that with new policies being passed concerning Venmo and PayPal, I unfortunately will no longer be taking payments via either platform. However, for remote/digital transactions I am still taking Zelle! Just cutting out the middle man. Cash and check are still always available as payment options.
If for any reason you are not comfortable with me being out (which I fully respect and understand), or, If you, or anyone in your circle of people, have been exhibiting signs of illness please contact me asap to reschedule.
As always Me, and my family, appreciate your ongoing cooperation, support, and patience as well all attempt to navigate this virus.
Thank you and best wishes for your health,
Chelsea
