Grant Park Community Garden A gathering place for the Grant Park community, for neighbors to grow and share food. Grant St and 3rd Ave, in Phoenix. Garden meetings are 5:30 p.m.

Raised garden beds are available to anyone interested in growing food. There is no cost to join; only a desire to learn and work with others to improve the community. Learn to garden with your neighbors and friends! every third Tuesday of the month. Message us or email [email protected] for more information.

A friend gave me a small hydroponic system because he knows I am interested in them. I have to learn as I go. If you know about hydroponics help us out. If you don't know but would like to stay in touch with me. I am thinking about setting up in early Sept.
We are also starting our own worm bins. Worms are great for the Garden and growing our own will be a lot cheaper than buying them, also more fun. I will need some help with that also.

This is the new arbor door way that has been constructed on the east side of the garden. This door will be a lot easier to open than the RV sliding gate. We plan to plant climbing grape vines and other climbing plants, maybe jasmine or such.

The Garden is struggling through the hot weather. We have put in lots of new flowers into the Garden and butterflies have found us.
