To all our valued clients:
In light of everything that is happening right now, we want to let everyone know that as a small business we cannot afford to close our doors. We will be open for our scheduled appointments as of this time until we are forced to close. We are incredibly appreciative of your business, and very grateful to be the ones you trust to care for all your pets’ grooming needs.
Due to the current state of emergency, we have been implementing hygiene protocols beyond our typical standard. Every day we have many pets and parents in and out of the shop, it’s very important to us to keep our store clean. We use a strong, but safe, disinfectant on our bath tubs, work tables, floors, shelves, walls, countertops, register, and doorhandles. Additionally you will find hand sanitizer at the front counter!
With that being said, and due to the current news regarding many of our neighborhood businesses and schools closed we ask that if you or ANY FAMILY MEMBER in your home are feeling ill at all, to please reach out to us and reschedule your appointments. Although it is understood that COVID-19 cannot be caught from our pets, they can, however, possibly carry germs from their loving family members on their coats, collars and leashes potentially exposing us.
We understand the frustration that this may cause, as we are typically booked out several weeks. We would like to keep our doors open throughout this pandemic as long as possible, and the heath of our employees, their family members, as well as our other clients are our main concern.
Once this situation is over we will do
everything we can to get your pets back in as soon as possible so we can keep them on their regular grooming schedules.
