An easy way to do that is to join a puppy socialization class and get your puppy out and about to various events (farmers markets, sporting events, or Home Depot). Exposure is so vital and important for your developing puppies brain.

Dogs need exercise! Lack of proper exercise is the cause for many common behavioral issues! Excessive excitement, jumping, digging, chewing etc.
What is proper exercise? Glad you asked. Walking is the number one best way to exercise your dog! But walking your dog can be a pain if they are constantly pulling. Through training we can teach our dogs to walk nicely on a leash so we can have an enjoyable walk together.
Playing fetch is another way to give your dog exercise. It falls under the category of structured play. Structured play is play that has rules. Plain and simple.
Fetch is a good structured play as the dog has fun fetching the ball and then brings it back to you(a rule), dropping the ball(a rule) and then fetching again. I love to throw in an occasional command like “sit” to make sure my dogs are listening and still engaged with me.
