And the name of this crop is… Alfalfa! 🌾 It’s beautiful like lavender in it’s bloom yet delivers a beautiful sweet soft floral taste when pollinated and formed into HONEY 🍯
It’s surrounding areas that are also in the “Alfalfa” honey are Desert Bloom, Mesquite and Ocotillo…we are amazed by these beautiful creatures that produce something so sweet and beneficial but can 🐝 sting you at the same time.. 😅 Last pic is the color of the “Alfalfa” honey that you will mostly be receiving in this time of harvest.. We love the connection we have with these Bees 🐝 and God given earth… the work is hard for our Beekeepers/Owners in this heat- it really takes passion, dedication, & patience for this business all around.. but above all done with 🍯 LOVE 🐝

Where does this beautiful Honey come from? What kind is it?
We couldn’t help but want to bring you these beautiful pics from the Cotton🌿 fields where our bees 🐝 pollinate from including surrounding areas of Desert Bloom 🌵and Beautiful Mesquite
Last pic shows the natural color of Honey 🍯 these wonderful bees produce from these specific elements … We love that we can say we keep them as far away from crop contamination and as far away from high pollution areas to ensure quality and purity for our consumption…not to mention keeping it raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and all the benefits of antioxidants, antiseptic, natural diphenhydramine (coughs), propolis, & pollens… Again, all for the benefits of healthy living and these are only just to name a few!

While these little Bees 🐝 are in such danger we really need to value all they do for us! Their bodies were created so wonderful for our environment, food, & for our bodies inside and out! They help our bodies build stronger 💪🏼 immunity, stronger 🧠🫁🫀organs, & beneficial for our skin👄!
We value these Bees 🐝 for all they produce yet we want to value their habitat and quality of life, so we are very cautious on when to pull 🍯, pollen, and honeycomb… as to not weaken their Queen 👑 or colony… this is also why we are out of pollen….no🌼🌸 bloom no pollen, so we let the bees feed off of it for their baby bees 🐝 and the Queens can raise the young to become workers🐝 …

A Family business I (Dionna Carranza) was introduced to when I was 12 years old when I met the love of my life.. ... His Father which became my Father-in Law Gilbert Carranza established this business over 45+ years ago.. I’ve always known and seen the hard work that goes into your cup of ☕️ tea/coffee, on top of your bread, or simply on a spoon to enjoy 🍯 but the process is so much more complex.. my first day in the field has helped me see the work not on our human end but the work these little bees 🐝 do and NEVER stop at it! It shows me the determination of never letting conditions weather, outsiders, or lack of any sustenance never stops these bees from continuing to do what they were created to do and is provide... what’s most important to them is there communication.. when 1 bee 🐝 finds a way in they communicate to the others to follow.. they work together to provide not divide... once a 👑 🐝 is no longer laying properly they leave.. all of these details gave me more insight on how Jehovah has guided us all.. Never give up! Work together! Become stronger! Communicate! And Focus! ...🍯 Deuteronomy 8:7 For Jehovah your God is bringing you into a good land, a land of streams of water, springs and fountains flowing in the valley plain and in the mountainous region, 8 a land of wheat and barley, of grapevines, fig trees, and pomegranates, a land of olive oil and honey, 9 a land where food will not be scarce and you will lack nothing 🌿This is a beautiful promise for our near future and how creation brings us ever closer to learning how we can apply so many lessons when we stop and get out of our comfort zone and absorb it. 💛🐝 💛🐝honeycomb 💛honey 💛pollen

🌼Why should I use Pollen? 🐝So many benefits! 🌼Doesn’t Honey have Pollen? 🐝Yes but this is pure pollen .. with added nutritional benefits and compounds that reduce inflammation and swelling..antioxidants & anti-inflammatory properties for the win! Amino Acids,carotenoids, chlorophyll, it is loaded with vitamins and phenolic compounds.. 🌼How do I take pollen? 🐝You can take as is… people say it taste like sweet dirt.. it’s yummy. Always start by using only a couple of grains a day then add more each day..& can be take a couple of times throughout the day and or add to your food, coffee, smoothies or anything you want to add it to🐝 ENJOY this sweet mixture of saliva and nectar (or honey) made when young bees land on a flower. The pollen is carried back to the hive, where it is then stored in the hive’s honeycomb to ferment food for the bee colony. P.S. Always consult your Physician before taking and Keep Refrigerated 1month of freshness. Keep in a freezer for longer lasting freshness Your pollen will be good for at least 1-2 months in the freezer. When frozen at 0 °F (−18 °C), some pollen can last up to 3 years. You can thaw the pollen out in the oven at 300 °F (149 °C).

Because it’s “None of your 🐝 BEEZ WAX” 😆 Well ok just a little bit but here’s some great info from WIKIPEDIA about it “Beeswax has been used since prehistory as the first plastic, as a lubricant and waterproofing agent, in lost wax casting of metals and glass, as a polish for wood and leather, for making candles, as an ingredient in cosmetics and as an artistic medium in encaustic painting” With that said we do our best at keeping the wax filtered, clean of debris, and ready for you to use to make your candles, salves, hair products, body products, and many more uses.
