Meet Squishy! 🐾✨ This 2 ½-year-old Persian beauty is starting her laser therapy journey, and we’re already obsessed with her sweet, squishy face.

She’s here to tackle some big challenges—managing her pain and improving her mobility so she can move more comfortably and confidently. With better pain management, we’re also helping her feel more relaxed and at ease.

We’re so excited to watch her progress and cheer her on every step of the way. You’ve got this, Squishy! 💕

🎄 Dear 1st Pet Family,
Every holiday season, I’ve loved capturing special memories for you by taking complimentary pet photos as a heartfelt thank-you to our incredible clients. Unfortunately, due to a personal family situation, I am unable to offer pet photos this year.
This decision was not made lightly, and I deeply regret not being able to continue this tradition for you and your furry friends. I truly appreciate your understanding during this time and look forward to bringing it back next year.

🌈 Finding Comfort in the Unimaginable 🌈

Losing a beloved pet is one of the hardest things we can face, and it can feel especially overwhelming during the holiday season. A recent email from a dear client, Juanita, reminded us why we do what we do:

"I felt blindsided when this happened and was simply not ready to let him go. I am incredibly grateful for 1st Pet and this wonderful group as it really helped me to understand that I wasn't alone in how devastated I felt."

Grief over a pet is profound and often misunderstood. Juanita shared:
"Friends and family don't always understand this level of grief over an animal. Frank was so much more to me than that. I sure hope there is a rainbow bridge and we can one day be with all of our treasured pups."

Any time we lose a pet, it’s devastating, and the holidays can make that pain feel even sharper. If you’re struggling with the loss of a pet, please know you are not alone. Our grief support group is here to help you process and heal, offering understanding and kindness in your time of need. ❤️

Mesa - Kristi Landy has been with 1st Pet for an incredible 19 years, and in that time, she’s worked in many areas of our clinic—starting in GP and now excelling in inventory and pharmacy. No matter what Kristi is doing, she is always willing to help the team in any way she can. Whether it’s assisting with surgery or dentals, handling laboratory tests, or even tackling a tricky blood draw, Kristi is always there to lend a hand with a smile on her face! Across the span of nearly 2 decades, She has dedicated her skills, knowledge, team work and passion to 1st Pet. We have been given the greatest gift to been blessed with someone as amazing as her.
