💛 Garth’s Badge of Honor 💛

Sweet Garth Mowry, a gentle Goldendoodle with a heart as big as his curls, has been through quite the journey. On March 10, he came to 1st Pet North Valley for emergency surgery after swallowing something he shouldn’t have. What followed was an incredible testament to his strength, his family’s love, and the compassion of our team.

After his initial surgery, Garth developed sepsis and required a second surgery just two days later. His road to recovery was tough—but this boy never gave up. When he took another turn for the worse, Garth returned for a third abdominal surgery on March 20. Through every challenge, he remained the sweetest, most trusting patient.

Thanks to the amazing care from both our North Valley and Chandler teams—and the unwavering love and dedication of his family—Garth is home, healing, and back to his happy self. He even stopped by last week for his staple removal.
To Garth’s family: Thank you for believing in him, in us, and for walking this difficult road with such grace and gratitude. 💛
To Garth: You are truly one of a kind, and we’re so honored to have cared for you.

This is Moe. He came in because he was struggling to breathe. He was very nervous in the oxygen kennel so one of our tech's, Justin, gave him something fun to watch! He totally calmed down and watched the birds and chipmunks on the iPad for hours. He even ate for us!
