We have a beautiful squash varieties!

Kabocha squash has a sweet, nutty flavor with hints of chestnut and is often described as tasting like a cross between a pumpkin and a sweet potato. It has a dense, dry texture and is sweeter than butternut squash.
Kabocha squash is a winter squash with dark green skin and an orange interior. It's rich in fiber, vitamins A and C, and beta-carotene. The skin is edible and nutritious, and can be left on when cooking if wrapped in aluminum foil.

What is a Cushaw Squash?
The cushaw is a variety of winter squash and is originally from the south of Mexico.
It is a large (sometimes up to 20 pounds!) squash with a characteristic green and white striped pattern. It has a mildly sweet taste and behaves like a pumpkin or delicata squash when it is cooked. It is high in vitamins C and A which make it
excellent for your immune system.
