Dr. Cato has gotten married so we now know her as Dr. Norwood 😀

Help us welcome Dr Cato!

Dr. Cato grew up in rural Georgia surrounded by animals both large and small. With her parents being veterinarians, she enjoyed learning to care for animals from a young age. She graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. After graduation, she completed a small animal internship and then worked at a small animal practice in Georgia until relocating to upstate South Carolina. Dr. Cato loves helping care for both cats and dogs, and she has a special interest in internal medicine, ophthalmology, neurology, and cardiology. She also enjoys creating a fear free environment so that pets feel more comfortable while receiving medical care.
