Greeting, we would like to start by introducing ourselves. We are Sage and Harry (Happy) Briggs. We are the owners of the Royal Scoop LLC. Our mission is to deliver the best in class customer service, and to provide exceptional cleanliness to our customers and their pets at an affordable price. We service residential and commercial properties,pet friendly businesses, apartments complexes, campgrounds, dog parks, kennels and more. We do full service pet waste removal, yard neutralizing and deodorizing, also kennel and hard surface disinfecting. We would like to thank our community and customers for all your support this far.

Because dog p**p is so bad, how can we insure that no diseases are spread from one yard to another.
The Royal Scoop treats each visit as if we have walked through a biohazard dump.
We travel with a concentration of chlorine bleach and a disinfectant deodorizer.
The Royal Scoop disinfects boots in and out of every yard and also wear disposable boot covers. clean up is simplified and effective and any f***l matter is easily spotted.
Tools used in the clean up are treated with the same care, hands are washed and all other surfaces are disinfected.
Proper foot wear is a must as well as the effective cleaning of that footwear.
We also always use steel, stainless steel and plastic tools so there are never any porous surfaces that can carry animal waste or bacteria.
Another precaution we use is gloves when handing anything that has been in direct contact with any type of animal waste. The Royal Scoop has created a process, to provide the necessary equipment and training so we can insure no biohazards are every carried from one yard to the next.
The Royal Scoop is also concerned about carrying flea, tick, lice and mites from one yard to the next or from one dog to another and therefor will always start the day by spaying all clothing and exposed skin surfaces with flea and tick repellent which prevents fleas or other critter from traveling on them. It also prevents any flea bites which can be uncomfortable, painful as well as passing diseases and even parasites to the human host.
So chemical sprays are applied for everyone's protection.
All of these seemingly insignificant safeguards add up to a full regiment to insure the safety of your pet.
We take this business very seriously and have created the safety protocol unlike any other service as well as processes that make our service superior to all of our competitors.
The Royal Scoop is less likely to transfer any germs, parasites or bacteria from one yard to the next and in fact, your dog is at greater risk walking down the street than from the Royal Scoop servicing your yard.
Don't use unlicensed, uninsured p**per scooper hacks that put your dog at risk. Make sure you choose a licensed professional company with a good safety program and disinfectant protocols in place.
