This one BR one bath one-car garage-with-shop house in Pilot Grove MO is currently rented but we recently completed some tweaks on it. It was completed 3 years ago… the porch is stained, lattice is now below the porch, the front door is now painted gray/blue, and the foundation was painted to match the house by Sturguess Construction LLC.

Construction on College Street Apartments in Pilot Grove MO is coming along. Insulation is nearly complete, next stage is drywall. Estimated completion is approximately February 15, 2022. Best of all, all eight apartments are rented to fantastic people who are as excited to be there as we are to have them there!
