We are excited to be adding a local artisan, Our Humble Homestead , to our General Store. Their products include tallow lotion and lip balm in rich, luscious scents like cherry vanilla, blueberry lemongrass, lavender, peppermint, unscented, and many more. We have a couple Testers set out for you and are already trying to decide which scents we like best, although honestly they all smell amazing!

According to the Mayo Clinic (6/20/24), beef tallow contains many of the same oils produced by human skin so it works well as a moisturizer and is perfect for those with sensitive skin. Topical products may improve skin's elasticity and appearance as well as potentially reducing skin inflammation while locking in moisture.

We get calls daily for farm fresh eggs and are looking for more. We know hens lay fewer eggs in winter, but if your girls are producing and you are interested in selling eggs to us, we'd like to buy them. The eggs do need to be in cartons of a dozen and washed. Call us if you want to know how much we'll pay. Thank you!

Moon Gardens and Nocturnal Pollinators will help you target the issues you want to know about Moon Gardens- where to plant, what to plant, which insects and other critters to look for, what yard art to use, and other topics. The presentation starts at 6:15 p.m., is free to attend, open to the public, and you don't have to RSVP. Hope to see you there!
