When a client misses an appointment, especially with little to no notice, we are affected greatly being a small business. We schedule each day in a fashion that insures that we can cover all our expenses and keep our doors open. When an appointment is missed, that is a chunk of our budget missing that we could not account for. And that is why we have a policy in place to lessen some of that impact. Please be respectful of our policies and understand that they are in place for a reason, so that we may continue to provide you all with the quality service that you all look for and deserve. We appreciate all your support!❤️

It’s that time of year when it gets colder outside, but fleas are still a concern for pets. Please be mindful that our business is a cage-free facility, therefore we have a strict policy in regard to fleas. We charge fees accordingly since a lot of time and specialty products must be used to help eliminate as many fleas from a pet as possible, as well as to properly sanitize the salon so as to prevent them from spreading to other clients. Routinely checking your pet for fleas, as well as keeping them on a flea preventative all year round is highly recommended. Please love and respect our business just as we love and respect all of you! 🧡
