Baby it’s cold outside! That didn’t stop us as we still got up early and delivered 13 cats to purplecatvet.com. Jaz and Madison are holding down the fort at Wag More today. We just had a large dog food delivery so if you need anything now is the time! We also have lots of appointments available as so many fear the cold but we live in Minnesota so we might as well buckle up it’s just beginning right? Anyway give us a shout or stop in with your pup so you can have a clean pup to snuggle on the couch with. ❤️❤️❤️

Cat spay and nueter day is Thursday. So a new group of our kitty cats are getting vet work done. Our sick kitty with the clouded over eyes has improved I need to get a photo of his eyes so you can see the difference! We also have been having to turn away taking more as we are so so so full but……I caved and took in a cat in need…stray cat that is missing its eye and looks like its tail was broke as some time. Such a sweet cat and actually despite this is going to be super pretty once she is healthy as she has really cool colors…..so here’s a what we will call a before photo. Ask me in a couple months for an updated one.

Animal shelters in the Twin Cities say increasing numbers of pet owners are surrendering their animals.

"We've been seeing an uptick over the last couple years, but really, within the last two to three months, it's been absolutely out of control," said Kerry D'Amato, executive director of Pet Haven Rescue in St. Paul.
