Hi community, We have been having major phone issues. The lines are crossed and not working. Sometimes they ring and sometimes they don’t. The voicemail may or may not pick up. Volcano tells us they are unsure the cause and are hoping to fix it by tomorrow. Keep trying to call or feel free to text us on the clinic number to get ahold of us. We have some amazing clients out there. But there are some that seem to just want to ruin other people’s day. It will be surprising to people in the general population, but no mystery to those who work in veterinary care that we suffer from a high amount of verbal and emotional abuse from clients. Unfortunately disrespectful behavior from clients has significantly increased. We have a commitment to protect the wellbeing of our staff so have implemented a Zero Tolerance policy for disrespectful clients. All of our staff deserve to be treated with respect. Clients who choose to treat our staff badly will be directed to find another veterinary care provider.

This kitty, Rusty, ran into the brush and neighborhood behind our clinic, Crestview. He is a sweet cat, a little shy/nervous, about 15 pounds and is light orange. He may go as far as the cat colony by PG market, or stay in one hiding spot. We are offering a $100 reward for his safe return. Please keep your eye out for him and contact us ASAP if you see him! We have been looking through people’s yards of the neighborhood so please forgive us if we seem intrusive. Just trying to get this boy home! 🐾🙏❤️
