Make sure you begin ordering your 2025 growing season seeds as soon as possible. Especially your most lucrative sought after varieties. With our farm, tomatoes are the most sought after crop, so I make sure we order those varieties early.

Some of our shucked “Bloody Butcher”/Jimmy Red” open pollinated heirloom corn. Curing in bins for about a month or two until completely dried out. Then we will run them through are corn Sheller and grind them for corn flour and corn meal. And nonGMO and not sprayed of course.

We put in our garlic today. I’m planting the cloves in our biodegradable w**d block mulch. It will help keep the cloves a little warmer and help prevent freezing. I’ll also add a layer of hay. The mulch should last until May.
