Dear valued customers (this may be a long one):
Happy New Year! With this new year comes some changes. Emily has decided to accept a position as a Digital Sales Specialist at Groomer’s Choice in Sioux Falls, our grooming products distributor. That being said, and along with my failing arms (tennis elbow and carpal tunnel), I need to start slowing things down to a pace I can handle. In order to make it through to retirement, I will need to cut the larger and overweight dogs out of my schedule. After 32 years of grooming, it has taken a toll on my body. I will still honor all existing appointments, but I will no longer be accepting new appointments for large and/or overweight dogs. If you have questions about your dog, please talk to me at your next appointment.
During this transition, please be patient. It will take some time for me to make this adjustment. Going forward, I recommend you book your dog’s next 2 appointments consecutively. Again, do not wait to schedule your next appointment. As of today (January 18), I am booked until the end of March. To schedule, please continue to text me at (855) 542-0691 or call the business number at (507) 348-3062. If there is an emergency, contact my cell phone. As always, you will receive a reminder text 24 hours prior to your appointment, and I will text you when your pet is ready to be picked up.
Thank you all for your continued support and business. This was not an easy decision, but I hope you all understand my reasoning.
To Emily: May you be incredibly proud of the work you have done here, the person you are, and the difference you made to all of the dogs you made feel and look good! Thank you also for all your hard work teaching me computer skills and the endless hours spent editing and posting Christmas pictures to this page. It was such a huge success! Good luck on your next venture, Groomer’s Choice is very lucky to have you. The dogs, customers, and I will miss you dearly!
