🎄🐱 Meowy Christmas: Festive and Fabulous with Lily & Whip! 🐾✨

When it comes to dressing up pets for the holidays, less is often more. This year, I planned a quick 5-minute photo session with small scarves for my kitties, Lily and Whip. And let me tell you — their reactions were priceless!

At first, Whip was like, “Whoa, no way!” 😳 But he didn’t try to wriggle out. As soon as I told him he looked handsome, he strutted around like he was on the runway — a total catwalk moment! 🕺😻

Meanwhile, Lily? She’s a total ham. 📸 She immediately found her good side and posed like a pro, giving the camera exactly what it wanted. 💁‍♀️🐱

Holiday Tips for Dressing Up Pets:
• Keep It Brief ⏱️: 5 minutes or less is perfect for stress-free photos.
• Praise Them 🥰: Positive reinforcement goes a long way, especially for reluctant kitties.
• Keep It Simple 🎀: Minimal accessories, like scarves or bandanas, work best.
• Skip the Bells 🔔: Avoid anything with jingles or dangling pieces that might drive them crazy.

Your pets’ comfort always comes first, but when they own it, those moments are pure magic. ✨

📣 Fresh Food > Kibble Every Time! 🥩🥕🐾

Here’s Darla, my little foodie, patiently waiting by the fridge because she knows that’s where the good stuff comes from! 🐶❄️ No bags of kibble here—just real, fresh, whole foods that support her health and happiness. 💪✨

🌞 Afternoon bliss! 🌞 Darla is soaking up the sunshine during her midday snooze, and it’s a perfect reminder of the healing power of nature. 🌿☀️

While dogs don’t make vitamin D from the sun like we do, sunshine still supports their health by boosting mood, improving circadian rhythms, and providing some serious pawsitive vibes! 🐾✨ Taking time to relax and recharge is just as important for our furry friends as it is for us.

Let’s follow Darla’s lead—find a sunny spot, take a deep breath, and soak in those good vibes. 🐶💤🌞

Hey, you may have seen this petition going around from an animal group on Facebook. They’re using fear and buzzwords to push mandatory pet vaccinations, which can be alarming. If you come across this petition, please do your own research and know we are here to help guide you. We also want to share what we actually do and why. We titer test our pets to check their immunity, and with any vaccine, we carefully weigh the risks versus the benefits before proceeding preventing over vaccination. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by all the confusing information out there, don’t hesitate to reach out to either of us happy to help!

Many pet owners choose titer testing, which measures the level of antibodies in an animal’s blood to determine immunity, rather than automatically revaccinating. Titer testing can confirm if a pet already has sufficient immunity, reducing the need for repeated vaccs that may be unnecessary. Some pets may have reactions to vaccs ranging from mild side effects to more severe complications. It’s important for pet guardians and veterinarians to assess the specific needs of the animal rather than mandating vaccs for all, especially when non-core vaccs are involved.

Just like in human medicine, pets should receive personalized healthcare. Mandatory vaccinations fail to account for differences in individual health, age, lifestyle, and risk factors. Some pets may not need certain vaccines, and forcing a “one-size-fits-all” approach can lead to adverse reactions or health issues in some animals.

🐾💚Meet My New Client, Lucy! 🐾💚**

I’m so excited to introduce you to cutie pie Lucy, a sweet little Yorkie who’s been living her best life on the farm with her mom, Kendra! 🚜🐶 Lucy has adapted wonderfully to farm life, and she’s even a pro at taking tractor rides! But recently, she’s had some challenges with allergies, itchy skin, and a bout of pancreatitis. 😔

That’s where I come in! As a holistic pet health coach (who also grew up on a farm!), I’m guiding Lucy and Kendra through a fresh food diet and supplements tailored just for Yorkies. We’re working together to support Lucy’s gut and skin so she can get back to enjoying her farm adventures without the itchies! 🌱

Helping pets like Lucy feel their best is why I love what I do. I can’t wait to see her thrive on this new plan! 🌟.
