Heartbroken 😢. I received word from her momma that my sweet, snuggle bug, lovebug Sammy crossed the bridge last night. Her momma thinks the cancer came back. She was the 'bestest' and smartest dog I've met. She knew how to let herself out of her kennel and open the gate to the yard to go on walkabouts. Her daddy realized this by trail cam. I even found her and brought her home once. She is now running free and hunting pheasants with her daddy. I will miss you sweet, sweet Sammy girl. I will love you always, my darling girl. Meet me at the bridge, because I will be looking for you and expecting your lovings.

7 may be my lucky number, but it's not when it's the outside temperature. It's no joke for our pets either. I had to rescue a Beagle who decided to wander out further into the yard tonight. He couldn't move and lifting a paw. He couldn't wait for me to pick him up. Please keep an eye on your pets while they are outside. Go out with them. I do!

My heart is broken, again. Word came that Bonus crossed the bridge this morning. It was a total shock after losing his sister on Monday. He was all Beagle! If you've ever had a Beagle, you understand. That is why I loved him.

You may wonder about his name. Well, his pawrents went to pick up 'a' pup and came home with two. He was the 'bonus' pup. Thus, his name was Bonus.

I received the news about sweet Bella crossing the bridge last night. She was an absolute sweetheart and will be missed so much. She was her daddy's heart dog. She had a great, long life of almost 15 years. I had the privilege to care for her and her 'siblings', better known as the Beagle Bunch, for over 3 years now. Run free with Barkley! Sad news. I received word from Bunk's momma that he has crossed the bridge. He lived a long, wonderful life after being adopted from a rescue by his family. Bunky Boy was the sweetest boy.
