Oh, my Archie (Archer, Archibald, Archie Poo)
I received the news that he has left us today. My heart is shattered. I had cared for Archie and his brother Benji, who has already crossed the bridge, starting in October of 2016. That was 8 1/2 great years. I'm really struggling for the words to tell you all how special Archie was and how much we loved each other. Luckily, I got to spend the last 2 weeks with him while his Momma and Daddy were on vacation. I will always cherish that time together. Now, you can run free, chase your red ball, and play with Benji. Tell Benji Boo I love and miss him. You better meet me at the bridge when I get there, because I will be looking for you. I will love you always, my sweet Archer.

A plea went out that Hearts for the Homeless was out of dog food, and two wonderful clients jumped in to help Aunt Deb get that dog food. I can't thank these two clients enough! You rock!! Those dogs thank you so much!

Domino crossed the bridge this morning. Aunt Deb got to spend one on one time with Dommie and hold him before he crossed. It's never easy whether it is your own dog or a client's dog. He knew he was loved. Aunt Deb held him while he started his nap, and he got lots of treats this morning. He gave her all the kisses he could give. Run free Dommie. Tell Zippy I said hi and I love him. As I told you, I love you very much. Meet me when I get there. I will be looking for you!
