River learned to swim this summer & now it’s her entire personality- she can’t get enough.

Ollie was happier with a quick walk around the trail or inside on the carpet with his people.

Cousin Moose stopped over for a visit to steal the spotlight with his big puppy dog eyes.

Marie slept till noon.

NO WALKS LABOR DAY WEEKEND + MONDAY 9/2

I was talking to my feet and they said they need a little break, so Labor Day seemed like an appropriate time for that. I’m going to the lake to spend time with my family and Ollie.

Walks as usual on Friday 8/30 and will resume back Tuesday 9/3 🐾

🔗 Pre-order form for first edition District Dawgs shirts is NOW LIVE. The link to preorder can be found here: https://forms.gle/8eMGUu4nje2P3jEu7 and will be open until Friday, August 9th, when the order will be placed.

We have 3 available colors (sandy green, faded black, and cream), all of which come in short sleeve ($26) and long sleeve ($36).

Pretty obsessed with how these shirts turned out thanks to , another small business girly based in Austin, TX. That said, shirts will take about 2-3 weeks to arrive once the order is placed, so thank you for your patience 🫶

*Not currently shipping outside of Pittsburgh- (I’m a dog walker, I don’t have a printer ok 😅) Local orders within 5 miles of the Strip District, I will personally deliver. Outside of that radius, there will be an option to pick up at the Terminal during market hours at / booth (specific details to follow on that once shirts arrive).

The pickle ice tea was low key delish and we’re still thinking about that BLT Sammy on pickle focaccia 👅

THIS SUNDAY🍦🐾

Keeping our first meet up very simple: show up, no fee to attend, hang out & mingle, buy some ice cream, go enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

The event is indoors, so I recommend getting your pup some exercise beforehand. If your dog isn’t a social butterfly, you can still come without them and get them ice cream to go!

Happy National Golden Retriever Day 🦮

I’ve gained a new love and appreciation for ALL the breeds I get to walk & meet. But growing up, I was a golden retriever girl to my core. Folders, notebooks, bookmarks, pajamas, you name it- there was a golden retriever on it.

First pic is of me with puppy Ollie (my first golden retriever- a life long dream come true) & a neighbor golden, Moses (RIP).

In addition to Ollie, I now have a golden niece, River, and a handful of goldens in my walk line up. Pre teen me would be FREAKING OUT. 🤍

Some sad personal news 🤍 My sweet pap passed away last night at 88. Things may be quiet over here as I spend time with family. I will reach out to clients about affected walks next week. If you don’t hear from me, assume the walk is still on!

Keep Ollie in your thoughts and prayers, as he may starve without pap’s table scraps. (Just a little morbid humor that pap passed along)

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family, including a new puppy, Olive, and big brother, Moose. Ollie had a good time back in the Strip with his best buddy, Remi.
