The wonderful puppy called Oz is looking very sad because he can't believe he hasn't even gotten one application for adoption! This couch potato loves other dogs, cats, kids, even the vet! LIONS, AND TIGERS, AND MASTIFFS, OH MY!Please welcome a wonderful puppy called Oz to the rescue! He is a year old, Mastiff mix weighing in around 90 pounds. He is dog, people and cat friendly. He has a minor amount of separation anxiety but is a lovebug couch potato. He is loose leash trained and very food motivated.He is quite a catch, and we do not expect him to be with us for very long. There's no place like home, and being in a home for the holidays would be the best Christmas gift ever for Oz.
He came to us as a medical case with a severe skin infection. The skin cultures shown that it was an extremely antibiotic resistant staph infection. He is not contagious, and with a lot of bathing is well on his way to being perfect.

This year we hope to gift our community partners with our fundraiser "the 12 spays of Christmas". For the holidays this year we need your help to assist our community spay or neuter at least 1 animal every day for December. We will be posting holiday photos of the animals we are able to provide veterinary care to. Thank you all for sharing and donating
