r one priority! We know the importance of your family pet and we commit to making him or her feel safe and pampered while in our care. One of the many ways we do this is by minimizing the number of pets in our salon at any given time. Your scheduled appointment is very important to us and your pet. They don't sit in a cage to wait their turn or chained to a hook. They are treated like this is their home away from home. We do not take walk-ins. This is when chaos can occur. For example; what if the walk-in pet required extra time due to its coat condition or had fleas or ticks or even was other dog aggressive.. how is that fair to you or your pet. or even fair to that pet! A grooming session is scheduled for your pet and they get our undivided attention. At Barks & Bows we never administer tranquilizing medication and we seldom use muzzles. If a dog needs muzzled for any part of the grooming we will do so but not for more than 10 minutes. If we cannot accomplish the task in that time frame we will not complete it. We will not groom a pet that we feel is a danger to itself or our staff. A dog that thrashes, bites and tries repeatedly to escape can easily hurt itself and will be better served in a veterinarian office. Barks & Bows is dedicated to your satisfaction and delivering the excellent service so needed in the pet care industry. " Come and see what the BARK is all about!"

Hello everyone!! I just wanted to take a minute and give you all an update on what’s happening here at Barks and Bows! Alex, our newest groomer, is heading back to school for nursing! She will be with us until school starts, but will be leaving until December. We are so happy for her and know she will be an amazing nurse!

With that being said, we will have limited appointment slots available. We are going to do our very best to continue to service all of our wonderful customers! We will be adding appointments to our daily schedules, so we kindly ask that each customer be prompt to drop off and pick up, and give us at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Also, doodle and poodles will now be priced by hours of service. If you have any questions about doodle/poodle pricing, please call or message us on Facebook! All calls will be returned within a 48 hour period (during the business week).

Thank you all for being the best customers we could ever ask for!! We are excited to continue to give your fur babies the best pampering possible!🥰🐾❤️
