This is important:

Do NOT leave your animal in the car this season.

👉 If they are not a 20k+ trained service animal (not ESA or Therapy) and the establishment is not pet friendly... let them stay home in the Air Conditioning. They will thank you for considering their needs and comfort.

How do care for your pet well this summer:

- get some extra water dishes: clean and refill regularly
- keep them active, but in the early or later parts of the day when it's cooler
- remember the concrete, sidewalks, and other surfaces are HOT. They're not wearing shoes and burns or blisters can happen.
- find ways to offer them shade when they are out. They may not take it, but the option is there when you know they're over doing it.

Temps are going to be high for the next week.
