I know most of you do anyway but just here’s an official post so we don’t get yelled at anymore. (You should see one of the emails I got this week 😮‍💨😅). Text is always preferred if you can. If you need a phone call just bear with us a little bit. You are also welcome to email or Facebook message. Or you can always pop in to see us during the weekdays!!

We know we are a hard bunch to get in touch with sometimes but we promise it is just because we are personally taking care of your animals. And always prioritize answering back those who are checking on their animals staying with us!

And if this doesn’t suffice - we’ll get a landline back and start making junior management answer it and you’ll be begging us for the text line back. 🤣

At the moment we are not accepting new grooming clients and daycare is on a waitlist - but we are happy to have new boarding clients if we have the dates available. We will stop accepting new boarding clients for peak season (June - August)in a few weeks.

Moral of this long story - please use our cell number and don’t yell at us over our defunct landline. We will always get back to you (and always quickly if you’re checking on your pet that’s currently boarding with us).

Also - you’ve been asking us for years for some Maxwells Merch and after 10 years we finally got a little pep in our step to do it. Because why not celebrate a decade with a fresh tee?! So stay tuned for the store drop. And of course you know we’re gonna donate a portion to our fav rescue.

Maxwell Fam - need some help! Our brother Tyler and sister in law Megan are moving back home as he finishes his last year of podiatry school rotations. If you’ve been here since the beginning you know he was really the OG junior management.

They are looking for a rental starting in April! As you can see needs to be pet friendly. If any of you have any rental properties available or know of any - please message us! They are the hardest working and most generous humans we know and would be impeccable tenants. Also - we really can’t fit all of them into a deluxe suite during our busy season so help us out would ya? 🤪
