Awesome show day at Duncraven!!! Sarah and Ballereene got reserve champion in the .70’s with 11 competitors. This was the first time she’s ever shown B and has never even ridden a full course on her so huge shout out to great riding!!!❤️ Eva and Winter did an amazing job in the mini stirrup bringing home 1st and three thirds. Then Emma Foreman brought out her 5 year old Ottb Brody for his second show ever in the 2’3 hunters. He was a rockstar and had great ribbons in a super competitive division. Congrats everyone and huge thanks to all of our parents James McCombs Victoria McCombs Johanna Trust Altland Mike Altland. You guys are the backbone that makes all of this work!!!

Fall is quickly coming upon us which means some scheduling changes. If I haven’t contacted you then your times stay the same. We are trying to keep Saturdays quiet due to horse shows etc. Sundays we do have some times open. Emma is offering group jump lessons every Friday starting at 4. Trailer ins welcome. We offer lesson packages too! Horses available to lease also. Enjoy this beautiful weather!!!

Emma Foreman and I agreed that this was not our best day at TED however we survived (Emma that is) Vegas was fine just wanted his new bff Cheezit around him 🤣 we still had fun!

Our barn family will be losing one of our favorite assistant trainers Gwyn to college this week(how dare she want to get an education 🤣🤣🤣) we wish her well and she promises to come back for the summer! We will all miss you!!!

As everyone should know…Emma Foreman and I are both very passionate about the RRP program and EmmA will be partipating and competing 2 eligible horses this year!!! They are also doing a fantastic fundraiser where each participant raises money for their aftercare programs that helps ensure these horses after their careers have ended on the track to give them the best possible avenues for new careers. ALL of the money donated goes into this program NONE to Emma. She also is offering a free private lesson ( value $70) for any monetary donation!!! Please help these very deserving athletes a great start for new careers!!! Thank you!!!!

This duo!!! 1st place junior training level test 3 both days. 5th place training test 2 junior. Freestyle was my favorite showed some determination from this young lady!!! I love pony club. You see true horsemanship from these competitors and it truly is not easy!!! Up at 5am everyday taking care of their horses, helping and cheering on team mates. Tack is always clean, horses are immaculate. The stress level is real!!! Congrats to all the competitors!!!

Proud coach/horse mom….way to go Sarah and Vegas(Sin City) on their first day of competition!!!!8th first test of the day out of 24, 3 place in second test of the day!!! We fixed some of the moments from their first ride and I absolutely could not be more proud of these two!!!

Sometimes the trainer needs to have some fun teaching lessons!!! I told them if they bought it I’d wear it…it was bought and I taught!

Herbie Derbie Day made his debut today in the Hopeful Hunters and was perfect. 1st in a large flat class and ribboned all the jumping classes. This 4 year old off the track thoroughbred just impresses every time he goes out. Love him!

After devastating flooding all around us last night in NJ, which was truly a nightmare, our facility and all animals are perfectly fine! Barn flooded a bit but drains were unclogged periodically to keep it under control. Beautiful day today and now for cleanup time. Hope everyone stayed safe! That was truly a day that will be remembered and not fondly….
