I have been training dogs professionally for 25 years and use positive reinforcement techniques that reward what the dog does correctly. It's the best way for dogs (and humans!) to learn. One of my main goals is to teach owners how to communicate with their dogs and provide skills they can build on. I work with all breeds and all ages. BEHAVIOR CONSULTING: I have extensive experience with dogs with behavioral problems (such as fear of new people, dog/dog issues, aggression, anxiety) and develop a Behavior Improvement Plan specific to your dog. I use a combination of management, training and behavior modification techniques to obtain the best results. BOARD AND TRAIN: I'm a Board and Train Specialist and have fostered hundreds of dogs and worked with many, many more. BOO NEEDS A HOME!
Who is this handsome fella you ask? This is Boo, whose formal name is Bouvier. He is a 6-month-old handsome Rat Terrier pup who is looking for his forever home. Boo and his siblings didn’t have the best start in life but are thriving in rescue. We really don’t know what he’s mixed with, but the “handsome stranger” category comes to mind.

Boo currently lives with two foster brothers (a Boston Terrier and a Boxer) and makes the most of every day. He LOVES to play and needs a home with another dog and a fenced-in yard. There are no cats in his foster home, but his foster mom thinks he’d be okay with cats. His foster mom is a dog trainer and loves working with Boo.

He is crate trained, enjoys walks, and is mostly house trained (he's a puppy, so accidents happen). Because of his background, he needs time to warm up to people and other dogs, but once he does, he’s good to go. If you’d like a smaller, active dog who loves to play, Boo might be the one for you.

All Fur Paws, LLC offers professional, private, in-your-home dog lessons and behavior consultations throughout central Wisconsin. I have over 25 years of experience with all breeds and use positive reinforcement methods which are proven as the best ways of teaching dogs and humans. Private lessons are held at your convenience and in your home, which is where the dog spends most of its life.

I also have extensive experience with dogs with behavior problems and create a unique Behavior Improvement Plan for each dog. If your dog is fearful, has aggressive outbursts, or other behaviors that are difficult to deal with, help is available. Consultations are done in your home, and we discuss what your concerns are and develop a plan to help you and your dog.

Are there people who are in need of veterinary care (exam, vaccinations, microchipping, heartworm testing, etc.) for their dogs and/or cats? Rolling Paws Pet Care LLC is a mobile veterinary clinic, and they are willing to set up for a day in Plainfield. I recently used them for my foster dog Boo and they were awesome!

Do you recognize this beauty? It's hard to believe it's been 5 years since Millie/Matilda arrived in Patches Animal Rescue and much to my surprise, delivered 4 pups a few weeks later. (I was lucky Matilda was trusting and was a fantastic mom.)

Bernadette (formerly Chloe) is living the good life. She loves to sit on her throne and survey her kingdom. She is the apple of her mom's eye, has several friends/playmates, and wants for nothing. 🥰🥰

Boo

Boo has been patiently waiting for his forever home. I’m fostering him for Wisconsin Boston Terrier Rescue. He’s a great pup. As you can tell, he gets along pretty well with Franklin. 😉He’ll make someone a great companion. If interested, contact me and/or submit an application. Please share! (Ignore the captions. New toys are the best! They get so excited. Watching Isabella and Edward open and play with them always puts a smile on my face. From my home to yours, wishing all a joyous holiday season.

Check out this handsome boy! Riddick is a young Cane Corso, a breed that is not very common. He’s going to be a big boy and his parents are doing a fabulous job of socializing him and teaching him the ropes. Riddick is hilarious! He loves to ride in the truck and travel with his family. When he looks at you with his puppy dog eyes, your heart melts. And when he gets “spunk,” his zoomies can’t be beat. His parents are getting married next year and I can’t wait to see what part Riddick has in the ceremony!

Happiness is being physically and mentally tired. Mom was busy doing yard work but played fetch with us a lot. A great day to watch the activity in the neighborhood. What did you do with your dogs today?

Theodore is having a ball in the yard. I think he had more fun than my dogs!

Here's Randy! He's a lovely, handsome 18 month old Boxer mix who I had the pleasure of working with. His parents are amazing and learned how to teach Randy different behaviors when he gets excited and how to keep his mind and body busy. (Yes, he has a dad too, but he's camera shy.)

Molly and Buffy are here while their mom and dad refinish some floors. For some reason, they don’t want little paws prints in the new finish. 😬 Isabella is thrilled with the company. It was a great day to romp around outside.

A good day = when you have a friend to chew on and rough house with.

Meet Toby M! Toby is a coming for doggie daycare a few days a week while his mom works long hours. He loves to play with Isabella, is great on walks, and loves to snuggle during nap time. If you work long hours or will be gone for a long day, day boarding is great idea! Your dog will be well cared for and very tired when s/he goes home.
