Did you know… You can make your eggs last longer by just doing just water glassing eggs: Yes, it works! Just mix up 1 quart distilled water and 1 tbsp pickling lime (that’s the ratio) and start adding eggs. They preserve surprisingly well and there is no change to flavor, although the white does get thinner/runnier… ther cook up as normal. Adds at least 6 months if not more.
