**update**
We have a new system! Please be patient with us over the next 3-5 weeks as we transfer information. You will likely receive texts from us confirming your info, and then texts feom the new system updating you on upcoming appointments.

Over the last few months, we have noticed an increase in technical issues with our appointment scheduling software. Our reoccurring appointments keep getting dropped, new changes aren't being saved, and some appointments that we have booked just disappeared into thin air.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and we are working to fix it.
So bare with us as we transfer client and pet profiles to a new program. Itll take a few weeks to get it settled, but hopefully the results will be great!

Just a quick reminder about our late policy! We don't want to cancel on you. But we also have to get started at your appointment time in order to provide services in a timely fashion. It takes 20 minutes to bathe and dry a small dog, that's all it takes to set us back and get behind.

The best advice we have to make sure your dog gets here on time, is to schedule them at a time you know you're available, and drop them off yourself. 75% of our late clients are those who are being dropped off by a friend or family member.
If you're running behind, let us know so that we can try to accommodate within the same day.

Winter has finally decided to grace us with its presence! This is a reminder that we do live out of town, so hazardous weather means a late start, or even a canceled day. If the schools are delayed or canceled, we are as well.
