Just one of our Resolutions!
Last year we spay/neutered 43 owned pets (36 dogs and 7 cats). Spay/neuter is vital to controlling the pet population.
We hope we can help more community members this year!

Our volunteer got the babies out of the abandoned house. The littlest one was roughed up by the poor living conditions 😞

Mama Foxglove was not happy, but she was crated and is now safe with Street Dogs in Kress ❤️

No movement at the trap yet. I went to the abandoned house where mama Foxglove is staying. I saw her in there, but she hasn’t come out yet.

We called in the expert to help trap the mama dog - Jennifer Graves with the Helping Hands Animal Rescue! All is set; now we wait.

I decided to name the mama Foxglove. Foxglove is a beautiful white flower and can be a symbol of life’s resilience. Mama is very resilient to have survived on the streets.

I met this girl today. She is darling!

She came up to a person’s house and no one has claimed. Now she needs a home.

Her name is Baby. She is a mix breed with maybe some pointer & border collie. Weighs around 30ish lbs and probably a year or less.

She is friendly, did well on a leash, and gets along with the other dogs where she is staying.
