BTRNT is in URGENT need of fosters, especially those who don’t currently have other dogs. We get some absolutely amazing pups, but some of them may be dog selective or just want all the attention for themselves (who can blame them? 😄). Without fosters, we unfortunately have to turn away a wonderful family pet who deserves a chance for love !

Rizzo is bringing in the New Year 🎉: A fluffy 38 lb Frenchie with a heart full of joy! 🐾This happy-go-lucky girl loves playing with other pups and always wants to be where her family is (though she's not a big fan of cuddling, she's all about companionship!). She's great with most children, though her excitement can sometimes get the best of her around toddlers.
Rizzo's perfect for a family who loves adventure-she's a car ride enthusiast and would make the ideal travel buddy!🚗🩷She'd thrive in a home with another pup to play with and has a few special needs like her monthly Cytopoint shots and skin allergy baths, but her love and enthusiasm are absolutely worth it!

At 12 years old, this sweet senior boy is in his twilight years-but don't let his age fool you! Iggy is still full of life, energy, and love. He may enjoy his afternoon naps (who doesn't?), but when it's time to run and play, he's right there with the younger pups, happily joining in on all the fun. 🐾
Iggy is a true "Velcro pup," always sticking close to his humans and letting you know when he needs to go outside. He's even mastered the doggy door like a pro! He’s full of affection and loves showering his people with all the love he has to give 🩷

Meet Axel & Coco- an adorable 6-7 year old duo looking for a furever home together! Axel will catch your eye with his stunning blue eye, while Coco , a petite 15lbs is full of love! Coco does have allergies but is on a simple quarterly allergy shot plan to keep them in check.

A SWEET REUNION STORY OF A GIRL AND HER DOG!
❣️ Some of you may remember this wonderful story about a girl and her Boston Terrier. BTRNT was fortunate enough to be part of their story back in 2017 when we got the call and said YES! An amazing vet, vet tech and his family made sure this girl did not get euthanized and was able to find her way back to her little girl who grew up with her by her side. Here's her story again.....
❣️ This is what Rescue is all about! Sweet Jazzy was rescued from a vet clinic where she was taken by her owner to be euthanized. She was old, couldn't hear and was becoming a bother to him. The clinic refused to euthanize her when she was still full of life at 12 years old. A vet tech took her home and she eventually ended up with his parents. They had 4 big dogs that made poor Jazzy nervous as she is also deaf. That is when BTRNT was contacted, and we gladly took Jazzy into our rescue.....we said YES! Jazzy was listed on our website and made available for adoption even though her foster felt like she would be with her until it was her time to cross the rainbow bridge. That is when fate stepped in, and we discovered Jazzy had a family that was looking for her as she ended up the victim of a divorce. We soon learned that Jazzy had a little girl that she had grown up with who missed her terribly. They were told Jazzy had been put to sleep and were devastated until they saw her on our website. They had been looking for her for almost a year and were eager to be reunited. As fate would have it yet again, Jazzy was reunited with her family on the daughter's 12th birthday. We all cried tears of joy watching this amazing reunion.
