🥃 The Wait Is Over - Bisbee's Bourbon Has Arrived! 🥃

For over 45 years, the Bisbee’s name has stood for tradition, excellence, and the thrill of competition as home to the richest billfishing tournament in the world. Now, that same legacy has been poured into something new: Introducing Bisbee's Bourbon!

Our debut collection of Kentucky Straight Bourbon features three expressions:

🍯 Black & Blue – Finished with oak staves, featuring notes of candy apple, caramel biscuit, blackberry, and burnt sugar.
🍫 Marlin Reserve – A bold, complex bourbon with apple cider donut, spiced carrot cake, sweet caramel, and mocha.
🍒 Chupacabra – An ultra-premium 8-year bourbon with salted caramel, bright cherry, chocolate pudding, and cinnamon maple syrup.
