🧑‍🌾 The Gnome Scavenger Hunt Has Begun! 🧑‍🌾
Dear Residents,
The moment you've been waiting for is finally here... the Gnome Scavenger Hunt has officially begun! 🧙‍♂️✨ We are so excited to kick off this fun adventure and we hope you’re ready to get your gnome-finding skills to the test! 😄
For the month of November, we’ll be hiding gnomes all around the community, and we’ll be doing it one phase at a time. Each phase will have its own set of hidden gnomes, and 5 lucky winners will have the chance to claim a prize. 🏆🎁
We’re now starting the hunt for Phase 2 & 3, so get your detective hats on and start searching! You have until Thursday, November 19th to find all the hidden gnomes in your phase. Once you’ve found one, follow these simple steps to enter:
The Rules:
1. Take a photo of the gnome you’ve found – make sure to show the location where it was hidden!
2. Post it to your social media:
- For Story posts, you’ll get 1 entry ticket.
- For Regular Grid posts, you’ll get 2 entry tickets!
- You Must Tag us in your post so we don’t miss it! 📸✨
3. Bring the gnome you found into the leasing office to claim your entry ticket. We’ll verify your social media post and officially enter you into the drawing.
4. Phase-specific: Please only look for gnomes in your own phase to ensure fair play for everyone! 🏠
We’re so excited to see all your gnome-hunting adventures, and we hope you have a blast finding these little guys! Good luck, and don’t forget to tag us in your photos for the chance to win a special gift! 🎁

We are beyond grateful for our amazing maintenance team here at Legacy North! 🙏✨ Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to keeping everything running smoothly day in and day out truly make this property a home. This place simply couldn’t function without them! From fixing leaks to making sure everything is in top shape, they do it all with a smile on their face and a positive attitude.
