Hey Residents!! Stop by the office and drop off some canned foods to help the local community food drive from February 1st-15th! Please consider donating peanut butter, jelly and any other non perishable foods. Donations can be dropped off at the Leasing Center. 🥫💙🧡🤍 We appreciate every single one of you!

Dear Residents, Due to the inclement weather all contracted services will be suspended until further notice. This includes valet trash pick up. We ask that you place any trash in the trash chutes/dumpsters until door to door pickup resumes. If you were scheduled to have your dryer vents or HVAC inspected, these services have been suspended as well. We will continue to keep you posted. Due to weather, we have very limited staff available and ask that all the non emergency work orders be placed through the portal. If you have an emergency, please call the office at 214.387.3322. If you are unable to get through to the office, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
