📍Nobhill Animal Clinic (Plantation, FL)
📍South Florida Pet Emergency (Hiahleah, FL)

Pay varies between $15- $18.50 depending on experience. Must speak both English & Spanish fluently.

🐶RECEPTIONIST ROLE DESCRIPTION

🐾Ensure that all patients are properly accounted for and documented upon arrival

🐾Handle client interactions: customer service, financial interactions, phone, text and email communication

🐾Processing payments

🐾Ability to cross sell and make necessary recommendations for the clients’ health benefit

🐾Organize a client schedule and make follow ups for appointments and medication

🐾Communicate both with the client and our team to ensure all of the information is correct and understood by both side

🐾Filing, managing emails and taking prescription orders

🐾Use fax features, printing documents and other basic office equipment

🐾Maintain a clean work area throughout

🐶VET TECH ROLE DESCRIPTION

🐾Conduct all technician functions and responsibilities

🐾Work directly with Doctor and other technicians

🐾Provide friendly and concise direction to team members

🐾Ensure that any patients in clinic are accounted for

🐾Assist Doctor with patient documentation, tasks and client interaction

🐾Have items prepared, stocked, noted and organized at all times

🐾Properly hold animals, administer treatment and use necessary software

🐾Have clear and consistent communication with all team members and clients

🐾Review organizational, controlled and chart items daily to ensure accuracy and completeness
