11/18/21 COVID-19 PROTOCOL UPDATE:

Hello Mountain Lore Family!
We are excited to let you all know that we are now currently allowing ONE person and their animal(s) into the building for Doctor visits only.

YOU MUST WEAR A PROPER MASK.

*OUR LOBBY WILL REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, AND THE FRONT DOOR WILL BE LOCKED*

Please call the office when you arrive to inform our staff of the best telephone number to reach you for your appointment. When our doctor is ready for your pet we will call you back to es**rt you in for your visit.

Technician appointments, and medication pickups will remain curbside, and at our pick up window.

Thank you so much to each and every one of you who have been with us through these trying times. We appreciate all of your cooperation. Stay safe 🐾❤️

COVID policy update:
We wanted to thank all of our amazing clients for their patience and understanding during these trying times. Although curbside appointments are not ideal, they have allowed us to remain safe and keep our practice open so that we can see all of our wonderful patients. Daily, it seems, that recommendations change from the CDC and state health department as to wearing masks and inside visits. Until we know exactly what all the rules are and science behind them, we will continue with our curbside appointments to keep everyone safe. The social distancing and cleaning protocols would extend our appointment times and force us to see less patients. This would be difficult because we are already booked out farther than we like. Please know that we are monitoring the situation daily and will update our policy as soon as we feel it is safe to reopen to the public. We very much appreciate your understanding and loyalty to our practice. We miss seeing your faces! Stay well.❤️

We wanted to thank all of our amazing clients for their patience during this period of longer-than-normal wait times for appointments. Hopefully, in the near future, we will be fully staffed with doctors and Dr. Joe will be fully recovered from his surgery. Thank you again for your understanding as we work through this together.
