Its rodeo day!! Richland Saddle Club put on a great fun rodeo for the kids!! Taking the horses out for some practice in between the big rodeos is so important!!

We had a great first mini camp!! Our campers had so much fun and learned alot from their time at our camp!! We learned about
🐎 hoof care
🐎where the bones are in a horse by painting the bones ok our amazing pony Sparkle
🐎we learned what the parts of the horse are called by playing a game of tag the parts of the horse with our patient horse Bucky.
🐎we learned how to wrap a horses leg
🐎we made pool noodle horses and ran then on the pole and barrel patterns
🐎we made horse cookies

Today is Mini Camp day!! So excited for a little campers to arrive in just a few short hours and partake in all the fun activities that we have planned!! Pictures to follow!!

Update- we unfortunately did not raise the funds. The $200 raised will be rolled over to the next horse in need. Sometimes we raise funds quickly and sometimes it just doesn’t happen 😞

4 year old quarter horse mare. Safe for anyone!! Taught beginner lessons, been to rodeos and fun shows. No buck, rear, bite or kick. Shes not spooky but if she does its easily managed and just a little a hop. My daughter rode her all over.

- ridden by beginners (who feel super safe on her)
