I just want to say something to those struggling hard right now.
Focus on you, breathe through the discomfort, feel it all and release it. The second you release it (whatever it is) you become lighter.
We’re not meant to walk around with everything building up on the inside. That heavy weight in your chest is telling you something. Ask it what it’s trying to tell you and you will find clarity. When we ignore those dense feelings and try to stuff them down further, they have no other option but to come back up to be dealt with later.
Everything is energy, if it’s no longer serving you, release it. That goes for anything and everything. If it’s not helping you become your best version of self then release it. I don’t care what it is or how long you’ve held on to whatever it is. If it’s not helping you then find a way to lovingly release it.
It’s time we stop holding everything in. We weren’t meant to face this world alone. We have each other. Find gratitude for those who support you and where you’re going. Have gratitude for it all. Every challenge and every lesson is here for you. It’s all helping shape you into the person you came here to become.
We all make mistakes but we’re not meant to hold onto those either. Forgive yourself for your perceived downfalls. Take a deep breath and release them. Nobody’s perfect. All anyone can do is learn from their mistakes and do better moving forward.
I don’t care who your are or how long we’ve known each other just know I’m here for you if you need a listening ear or a quick pep talk because you’re not in this alone and I’ve been through some shiiiii to get to where I’m at now. I know I’m here to lift up those around me. It gives me purpose.
