URGENT NOTICE - DEADLINE IS TODAY! Public Comment Encouraged!

On December 4th, Jackson Animal Clinic was notified that 92 Hwy from Platte City to Bethel Rd will be expanded from 2 lanes to 4 lanes, with a CENTER MEDIAN CURB PREVENTING LEFT TURN ACCESS to/from the drive of Jackson Animal Clinic, Willow Woods Learning Center, Goodman's Auto Repair, Commercial Concrete Solutions, and a few other businesses.

While we are excited to see the growth and development of this area, we are seriously concerned about the safety and convenience the LACK OF A CENTER TURN LANE will pose to the public and all who have supported our businesses for nearly 35 years.

If you would like to make a public comment, there is a VERY SHORT WINDOW to do so (DEADLINE IS DEC 13TH). Below is a link to the Public Comment Form and additional documents for more information. Unfortunately comments cannot be submitted directly through this link or by using the QR code on the documents, so please email your comments to [email protected]).

Grateful for Our Pets’ Love This Thanksgiving! 🐾

As we gather to give thanks, let’s not forget our furry family members who bring so much joy into our lives. Keep them safe by avoiding table scraps like turkey bones and rich foods that can upset their tummies. Treat them to extra snuggles instead!

Wishing you and your pets a safe and happy Thanksgiving! 🍂
