We have 2 large Malibu Ruff Land Kennels at the store! One is a front and right door and the other is a front and left door.

Does your dog ride in your car often? Ruff Land Kennels are a safe way to transport your dog. Or do you have a dog that breaks out of wire crates? Ruff Lands are great kennel to switch to.

We now have Messy Mutts slow feeders and bowl insterts in our store! If you don't want a new bowl but have a fast eater, the bowl insert is a great solution! They can be cut or bent to fit most bowls.

We have 2 different sizes of slow feeders available (1.75 cup or 3 cup) and the small size is available in square or round. They are great for cats too!

There are many different things to look at on the back of food labels to see what is actually in your dogs food. Ingredients are important.

"Ingredients must be listed in descending order according to their weight. The first ingredient listed is the one that accounts for the most weight in a product. The last shown is the least by weight. The absolute amount of each ingredient is not quantified in the ingredient list." - AAFCO

AVOID THESE DOG FOODS!!!🚫‼️

These foods are just enough for your dog to survive calorically but provide very little nutrition.

If you are feeding currently, don't worry you are not the only one. It is very easy to be deceived by the marketing especially when there are fruits, veggies and meat on most bags. Terms such as complete, balanced, nutrition and real meat are loosely defined words that can be used but worked around easily by companies to save them money.

Foods of low of quality are highly processed, packed full with additives, fillers, dyes and colorings. They also have very low nutritional values of vitamins and minerals. Foods of low quality are also significantly high in carbohydrates and low in protein.

Remember, your dog eats the same food every meal. I would compare these foods to feeding your kids McDonalds for every meal.

I started to stock high quality dog foods options because I saw too many dogs coming in for training on this food. I have seen a high correlation between these dogs eating low quality food and their behavioral issues and structure problems. Issues commonly seen are severe behavioral issues, wonky hips, unable to put on a healthy amount of weight or are very overweight and constantly acting anxious/neurotic.

While their food is not the only thing causing these issues, you have to believe it impacts it. When your dog is deficient in specific vitamins and minerals, your dog is packed full of processed food and/or your dog is lacking the proper amino acids you can not expect them to be at their best.
